This Delivery Policy explains how OnlySnus processes and delivers orders placed through our website. Our aim is to dispatch every order quickly, securely and efficiently while keeping you informed throughout the delivery process.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the Mainland UK. We are unable to ship orders internationally at this time.
2. Courier Partner
Orders are dispatched using DPD or another trusted courier where appropriate. Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
3. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible following successful payment, stock availability and completion of any required age verification checks. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day. All orders received by 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruption, high demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We send all orders out on a Next Working Day delivery service
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is taken. From time to time we may offer free delivery promotions, including free delivery on qualifying orders over a specified value. As standard, delivery is £3.99 for all orders under £20.00 and we offer free delivery on all orders of £20.00 or more.
6. Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided when your order is dispatched. You will receive SMS notifications from DPD directly. Please make sure you include a mobile number with your order. Full tracking instructions and 1 hour delivery windows will be provided by DPD themselves.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because the address provided is incorrect, the parcel is refused, or delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
8. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, provide photographs to assist with our investigation. We will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.
10. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided. Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.
